Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 12, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Independent Educator Pro LLC (“Independent Educator Pro”, “IEPro”, “Connect by IEPro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use any of our websites, platforms, software, services, educator subsites, or related tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Independent Educator Pro provides two primary platforms. Independent Educator Pro is a software system for educators who run recurring weekly classes, membership based programs, workshops, and similar offerings. Connect by IEPro is a CRM and automation suite that supports educators with contact management, communication, booking pages, funnels, and integrated marketing tools. This Privacy Policy governs both Services equally.
We take your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting personal information and handling data in a professional, transparent, and secure manner.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Provided Directly by Users
We collect personal information that users voluntarily provide when creating accounts, completing forms, submitting payments, participating in classes, or communicating with us. This information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, educator or business names, class details, student names, and other information necessary to support the Services.
When educators use Connect by IEPro, they may choose to upload or enter additional information about their students, parents, or customers. This may include names, contact details, notes, class schedules, booking history, and payment status. Educators are responsible for ensuring that they have lawful permission to provide any personal information of others to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When users access the Services, we may automatically collect information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, interactions with our Services, the dates and times of access, and other standard analytics data. This information helps us operate, improve, and secure the Services.
1.3 Payment and Subscription Information
Payments for the Services, including SaaS subscriptions and educator class payments, are processed through third party payment processors such as Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, or Square. Payment processors receive any payment card information directly. We do not store full payment card numbers.
For educators who use Stripe Connect to receive payments through Independent Educator Pro, certain financial information and connected account details may be collected and transmitted to Stripe as required to process transactions.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. This includes creating accounts, processing transactions, delivering class management tools, supporting educator subsites, enabling CRM functions, and providing booking, scheduling, communication, and automation features.
We use personal information to communicate with users about their accounts, including welcome messages, service confirmations, technical notices, updates, support responses, and billing related communications.
With user consent, we may send marketing communications that include special offers, product updates, training resources, or educational materials. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We may use aggregated or deidentified information for analytics and to evaluate or enhance the Services.
We also use personal information to protect the security and integrity of the Services, to prevent fraud or misuse, and to comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
3.1 Service Providers
We may share personal information with trusted third party service providers who assist us in delivering or supporting the Services. These providers may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure services, email and SMS delivery providers such as Postmark or Mailgun, CRM and automation providers such as Go High Level, payment processors, video conferencing services such as Zoom, and data processing or analytics services. Service providers receive only the information necessary to perform their functions and may not use personal information for other purposes.
3.2 Educator Access
When a parent or student enrolls in a class through Independent Educator Pro or Connect by IEPro, the educator offering the class will receive the information necessary to deliver that class. This typically includes the parent name, parent email, student name, class time, and any additional information voluntarily provided. Educators are independent operators who manage their own class content, communication, and customer relationships. We do not control how educators use information they receive, but we require educators to comply with applicable privacy laws.
3.3 Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or government request. We may also disclose information when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property, to enforce our terms, or to investigate fraud or misuse.
4. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Security measures include secure hosting environments, Cloudflare SSL and firewall protections, access controls, encrypted backups, monitoring systems, logging, and regular updates and reviews consistent with our stability and reliability standards. No system can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard data from foreseeable risks.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law. Educator data stored in Connect by IEPro or on educator subsites is retained for as long as the educator maintains an active account, unless the educator deletes or exports the information or requests its removal.
6. Children’s Privacy
Independent Educator Pro and Connect by IEPro support educators who teach minors. We take child privacy seriously. Personal information about students is provided to us voluntarily by parents or educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We do not allow children to create their own accounts on the Services.
We do not request or store sensitive student information such as medical records, health information, or psychological data. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to enable essential functions, improve performance, remember preferences, analyze usage, and enhance the user experience. Users may decline cookies in their browser settings, but some features of the Services may not function properly as a result.
8. User Choices and Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages such as account notices, service alerts, or billing communications may still be sent because they are necessary to the operation of the Services.
9. International Data Transfers
The Services may be accessed from locations around the world. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Services, users consent to the transfer of information to these locations, subject to applicable laws.
10. Third Party Links
