Independent Educator Pro LLC
This Billing and Refund Policy explains how subscription billing, payments, renewals, and refunds are handled for Independent Educator Pro and Connect by IEPro. By purchasing a subscription or using any of the Services, you agree to this policy.
Independent Educator Pro and Connect by IEPro operate on a subscription basis. When you purchase a plan, you authorize Independent Educator Pro LLC or its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout.
Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Pricing for each plan is listed on our website or on the plan selection page.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription inside your account or by contacting customer support.
All payments are processed securely through third party payment processors such as Stripe, Square, NMI, or Authorize.net. Independent Educator Pro does not store complete credit card numbers.
If a payment attempt fails, the system may automatically retry the charge according to industry standard retry schedules. If payment cannot be collected, access to your account or certain features may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Depending on the payment processor, prorated charges may apply.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
All subscription payments are final. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles, unused time, accidental purchases, or unused features.
Refunds may be issued only when required by law or in exceptional situations determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Independent Educator Pro LLC.
Educators who collect payments from families through Stripe Connect are responsible for their own refund policies for class tuition. Independent Educator Pro does not handle refunds between educators and families.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us within fourteen days of the charge. We will investigate and respond promptly.
