Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how IEPro subscription billing works, including the 30-day free trial, monthly renewal, cancellation, and refunds. It is part of the Terms of Service and is incorporated into them. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

    1. 30-Day Free Trial

New IEPro Platform customers may start with a 30-day free trial when the offer is presented at checkout. A payment method is required. $0 in IEPro subscription fees is due when the trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription becomes $97/month.

This is a free trial, not a money-back guarantee. No IEPro subscription charge is processed when the trial starts.

    2. Payment Method

A valid payment method is required to start the free trial. IEPro uses a third-party payment processor. IEPro does not store complete payment-card numbers. The payment method may be charged when the trial ends and at later monthly renewals unless the subscription is canceled.

    3. What Happens After 30 Days

    • Today: $0 subscription charge
    • First 30 days: Free trial
    • After the trial: $97/month
    • Then: $97/month automatically each monthly renewal until canceled

    4. Monthly Renewal

Paid IEPro Platform subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. By starting a subscription or free trial, you authorize IEPro and its payment processor to charge the recurring subscription price disclosed at checkout when the free trial ends and at each subsequent renewal.

    5. Cancelling During the Trial

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $97 monthly subscription charge. If your cancellation becomes effective before the trial ends, your subscription will not convert to paid billing and you will not be charged the first $97 monthly subscription fee. Access ordinarily continues through the scheduled trial end after cancellation unless IEPro states otherwise or termination occurs for cause.

You may cancel through any cancellation control made available in your Account or by emailing hello@independenteducatorpro.com from an authorized account email.

    6. Cancelling After Paid Billing Begins

After paid billing begins, cancellation stops future renewals. It ordinarily does not refund the current paid billing period. You must cancel before the next renewal date to prevent that renewal charge. Access ordinarily continues through the applicable paid period unless IEPro states otherwise or termination occurs for cause.

    7. Refunds

Subscription charges that have already been processed are generally nonrefundable. Exceptions may apply:

    • where required by law
    • for verified billing errors
    • where IEPro expressly approves an exception

Cancellation is prospective and prevents future renewal charges. It does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been processed.

    8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, including the first $97 charge after the trial, IEPro or its payment processor may retry it and may request an updated payment method. Continued nonpayment may result in restricted or suspended platform access, or termination for nonpayment. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

    9. Stripe / Payment Processing

IEPro uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process subscription payments. Your IEPro subscription price is the amount disclosed at checkout. IEPro does not store complete payment-card numbers. Separate processing fees may apply to payments you collect from your own customers through Stripe or other payment services, according to the applicable processor terms.

    10. Educator Customer Payments

This Billing & Refund Policy concerns payments an educator makes TO IEPro for the IEPro Platform. Payments made by parents or families to educators for classes, tutoring, programs, or other offerings are governed by that educator's own refund and cancellation policies and the relevant payment processor terms. IEPro is not automatically responsible for refunding educator-family transactions.

    11. Billing Questions

For billing questions or to report a suspected billing error, contact hello@independenteducatorpro.com. Notify IEPro of a suspected billing error within 14 days after the charge appears so it can be investigated promptly. This notice period does not waive any nonwaivable right you have under applicable law.

    12. Legacy or Separately Agreed Plans

Customers on older, founder, promotional, annual, or separately agreed pricing may have different billing terms stated in their applicable Order. Those arrangements are not replaced merely because the current public offer changes.
