Tools & Resources Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to digital tools and resources purchased through the IEPro Tools & Resources shop, including the Educator Business Pulse Chrome extension. By purchasing or using any tool, you agree to these terms. The IEPro Platform Terms of Service apply separately to IEPro Platform subscriptions.
2. Your license
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool for your own educator business. You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or make the tool available to others. A license is tied to the purchaser and is not intended for use across unrelated businesses.
3. Billing and renewal
Educator Business Pulse is billed annually at $49 per year. Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel before your next renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. Cancel through your account or by emailing hello@independenteducatorpro.com.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a tool, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. After 14 days, charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or for a verified billing error.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of any tool. You may not use a tool to violate any law or third-party right. IEPro may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
6. No guarantee of results
Tools are provided to help you organize and review your business activity. IEPro does not guarantee specific business outcomes, enrollments, revenue, or results from using any tool.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any tool. Your total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tool in the 12 months before the claim.
